MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer is an important player in his part of the Latin mainstream. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 won the Colombian Kids Choice Award as the most popular Song in 2017. in Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and then released ADN as his debut full-length album. This album peaked at eighteen places on the Top Latin Albums charts. In the following year, he teamed up with Ozuna to record Vaina Loca that climbed to number five on the chart of Top Latin Albums. Mala Influencia came out as his collaboration with Noriel in 2020. In the following season, Dopamina came out as his sophomore album. He appeared later in 2021 as a duo with TINI on her streaming smash single Maldita Foto. The year 2023 came around and the hit song La Bachata was released. Turizo came from a musical household his mother and older brother are musicians. In his interviews, he's talked about participating in music as compulsory. When he was a kid was playing the ukulele as well as piano. Though his original career plan was that of a veterinarian for animals, his brother Julian encouraged him to start taking singing lessons from an instructor in Cuban. It changed his entire life.
